Breakthrough’s Women’s Services Program provides support for women in crisis. Programming focuses on both emergency and long-term needs and is designed to help women break the cycle of homelessness, abandonment, addictions, domestic violence and abuse.

Mon - Fri, 8 am - 3 pm
Overnight Shelter hours:
7:30 pm - 8 am

Volunteer Opportunities

Prepare and serve a meal for 30 guests...or spend an evening doing street outreach.

We are unable to pick up donations. Please drop off items for women at Breakthrough's Joshua Center (3330 W. Carroll Ave., Chicago) on Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
